Awful experience. Had my life threatened twice by two different patients . Got punched in face by person with mental problems I had never talked to in my life. This was after he threw coffee on me and flicked a lit cigarette at me. Called police to take him to jail. But since it's a treatment center all about the money they can control if the police pick you up or not. Police did not take picture of my injury nor let me sign statement on police report. Said I looked like a Mississippi pimp because of my diamond ring I was wearing. So the person stayed. Also spend average about 4 hours a day waiting in line for meds or group to start. No communication between any employees. The director Chuck goes to Mike (who is below chuck in rank) to get permission for anything. This place is a circus. Totally unprofessional. It is definitely a great program it changed my thought of mind and is helping me keep my sobriety. But it is a circus. Didn't even let me go to hospital when I asked for my injury because they knew what they were doing covering their butt from a lawsuit.

pretty decent place definitely going thru “growing pains” transition with their new buildings and some miscommunication between staff is the only cons. Great staff many helpful people. Josh W. Great guy very helpful. Def need nurse cart at residences to cut down on downtime waiting around at the center. Other than that great place. I would highly recommend it.

Words cannot describe how much Journey Pure means to me. I had reached a point where I had given up and just went to treatment to get away from life for thirty days. They were patient with me and eventually when I was ready they helped place me exactly where I belonged. I will forever be grateful to Journey Pure in Murfreesboro and Panama City. If your looking for a place to start over give it a shot, you will meet some of the greatest people on this planet and have a new shot at living.

Super awesome!!! Life changer for sure still clean today. So many opportunities have opened up since being there. All the locations are really nice. The techs and staff definitely make sure you get what you need in order to put one foot forward and start a new life

I been to quite a few treatment centers. Journey pure is by far the best I have been to. I am still clean today. I love the way they allow you to fellowship with in the community. It gives hope there is a better way to live. All the staff are great and really help you in what to do with recovery. Thank you journey pure.

Journey Pure has been the turning point of my life. When I had no idea what to do with or how to even want to go on with life the staff of Journey Pure went above and beyond to help me figure out how to start putting together a program on how to live my life. They take the time to evaluate and counsel to try and give each person just what they need to succeed. After the in patient treatment is done they offer assistance on options afterwards such as sober living and IOP whatever your situation calls for. They also have aftercare for their alumni to keep us plugged in. If you or a loved one need help i strongly recommend this treatment facility. They have helped to save mine and many others lives

If it weren't for JPEC, I would be dead. The staff truly cares about clients recovery. Therapy in this program is so helpful and eye opening. I recommend this recovery program to anyone who wants to start a new sober happy life. If you truly want sobriety, JPEC staff will make sure you have all the tools you need to achieve a happy, healthy, fulfilling life. 🌻

JourneyPure is amazing. The staff truly cares about the patients and the location is very conducive to recovery. The one and one counseling and group sessions are extremely productive.

I came to Journey Pure broken and hopeless. Once I got there I was welcomed with open arms. I received therapy unlike any other rehab I have ever been to. The therapists and aftercare workers are amazing and truly went to bat for me. Like any other place there are kinks that can be worked out, but overall I had an amazing experience and learned the tools I need to live an amazing life. I'm still clean and I owe a huge part of that to them.

I highly recommend this place to any one seeking help with drug or alcohol addiction. My experience here has truely saved my life. The staff are amazing and the structure of their program and the serene setting helped me to get clean and stay clean from a 18 year drug addiction on my first attempt at recovery. I have 7 months clean now and still visit here as often as I can for their aftercare program they provide for alumni. I can't say enough about this place that was a huge blessing in my life.

I want to start by saying JourneyPure emerald coast saved my life. They took me in and suggested that I take some simple steps to stay sober. JourneyPure provides therapy one on one and they also invites families to get involved in the the therapy. I can't say enough about the staff. They are sincerely giving of themselves to help people live a healthy, productive life without any substances. All you have to do is be willing to stay clean and sober and take a few suggestions. It's nothing like I ever could have imagined. I am so grateful for all the staff at JourneyPure. Oh and they do provide some fun days out.

I spent a total of 80 days impatient there so I can speak from a great amount of experience of the facility and staff. First, the detox section is amazing! I have never been so well taken care of treated so kindly! The detox staff Tim, Sylvia, Michelle, Lauren, LQ, to name a few are amazing people who care! The intake team Lori, Greg, and Kristine are available and will get you situated fast! Secondly they offer 2 impatient treatment options, Traditional and Christian. The Christian tract is led by 2 phenomenal therapist, Dr. Tammy and Mike. It changed my life. The traditional tract is equally great and is led by a team of awesome counsellors! Also the residential houses are like something out of a movie. They are 3 story houses litteraly across the street from the most beautiful beaches. They provide you with all you could need and the houses are staffed 24hrs as day! Oh and you get to use you cell phone twice a week for a few hours which is nice. Finally, the leadership at Journey Pure are awesome people! Mike and Victoria were always available and caring. If I needed to talk to either I felt comfortable enough to go to their offices! Also after you leave they don't just forget about you. The after care coach Mary, will periodically harrass you via every type of messaging service until you block her. Lol. She cares! If I had any compliant its that the days are long. The day starts early and ends late but wedding mind that when were out using so its worth the investment! Id highly suggest this place to anyone at any age at any stage of addiction. The psychiatrist on staff will get you situated quickly and absolutely does not prescribe any habit forming medications! Excellent program. Caring staff. Nice facilities. You will get what you need to recover and get tools to live without substances. There's even time to have some clean and sober fun!
